Hello everyone! How is your gaming coming along this year so far? Did you try already Luminous Arc, the Tactic JRPG of which I talked about in the last entry? If you haven’t, I strongly recommend you to do so, especially to those who are waiting for SQEX to deliver another entry of their classic albeit recently abandoned franchise Final Fantasy Tactics, for I´m sure this little great game won´t disappoint you. In this entry, just like I did before with the list of fangames based on the Final Fight (see here) and Mega Man (see here) franchises, I´m going to talk about some Beat Em up fangames created using the popular open source OpenBOR engine which are based on several sword & sorcery arcade classics from the 90s, and which will surely please the fans of this once fan favorite genre, for all of them deliver a more than decent piece of entertainment, especially when you think that they are games made by fans, and what is more important, completely FREE. In fact, their quality standards are so high that many of them could have perfectly been official sequels to the original tittles, so let´s see what these little gems of old school indie gaming have to offer.

Píxeles y mazmorras
¡Hola a tod@s!

Luminous Arc - Pocket Tactic RPG

Hello everyone! It´s a new year, so it´s time for a new entry! How did you start this new year? All good? Beating the crap out of anyone who crosses your way? Now, now, I was talking about the versus fighting game of which I talked about in the last entry. Please, leave the beatings for videogames and be good boys and girls, ok? Anyway, in this entry I´m going to talk about yet another interesting JRPG hidden among the enormous catalogue of Nintendo´s popular double screen portable system, a game called Luminous Arc, a title that went kinda unnoticed at the moment of its release, perhaps due to the small amount of copies of the game that were shipped (as unfortunately it always happens with this kind of game), and to the fact that in 2007 everyone had their attention focused already on the back then new generation consoles that were starting to show to the gaming community the first titans that would end up ruling the whole generation such as Gears of War, Call of Duty Modern Warfare, Assassin´s Creed, Bioshock, Halo 3 o Mass Effect. So let´s see what this interesting little Tactic JRPG has to offer.
Luminous Arc - Rol táctico de bolsillo
¡Hola a tod@s! ¡Año nuevo, entrada nueva! ¿Cómo hemos empezado el año? ¿Bien? ¿Dando hostias a dos
manos?
reinando la generación como Gears of War, Call of Duty Modern Warfare,
