Hello everyone! So did you try already Oceanhorn, the “love letter” the indie Finnish team Cornfox & Bros dedicated to the Zelda series? If you love the Zelda series as much as the Finnish team seems to do, you should definitely give it a try. In this new entry I’m going to go back to the 2D fighting genre with a game that can be found among the catalogue of Sony’s legendary PlayStation 2. The game is called (catch your breath) Shin Goketsuji Ichizoku: Bonnou Kaihou. Hello everyone! Did you try already Knights in the Nightmare, the Tactic JRPG of which I talked about in the last entry? Or was it a Tower Defense? Nah, I guess is a Shoot Em up, right? Anyway, I don´t know what it is, or if you will be able to pass even the tutorials, but I recommend you to be patient and give the game a chance, because once you get used to it, I guarantee you will discover a game unlike any other you have ever played before. For this new entry, the last of 2015 (it´s been almost a year since I started with my mumbo jumbo about videogames, time flies!), since we are in the Holidays season where dreams come true, I´m going to talk to you about a fairy tale with a happy ending, and I´m not talking about the game story itself, but about its development story, for the game belongs to that small group of lucky chosen ones like Melty Blood (also a 2D versus game), or the charming Shoot Em Up Trouble Witches, games that were released as humble Doujin titles (a.k.a. Japanese indie games) for PC, and that ended up being released in major platforms. The game is called Ougon Musou Kyoku. Let´s see what this new indie versus fighting game has to offer.

¡Muy buenas a tod@s! ¿Habéis probado ya Knights in the Nightmare, el Tactic JRPG de la última entrada? ¿O es un Tower Defense? Nah, es un Shoot Em Up de los buenos, ¿verdad? En fin, no sé qué es, y no sé si habréis logrado pasar de los tutoriales, pero os recomiendo encarecidamente que seáis pacientes y lo hagáis, porque cuando lo hagáis, os aseguro descubriréis un juego como nunca antes habíais visto. Para esta nueva entrada, la última de este año 2015 que da ya sus últimos coletazos (ya ha pasado casi un año desde que comencé a daros el tostón, ¡cómo pasa el tiempo!), puesto que son fechas de alegría y sueños que se hacen realidad, os voy a hablar de otro bonito cuento de hadas de los videojuegos, y no lo digo por su historia, bueno sí es por su historia, pero no por la del juego... Que me lío... Lo digo por la historia que se oculta detrás del desarrollo del juego, ya que pertenece al pequeño grupo de afortunados al que también pertenecen otros juegos como Melty Blood (juego también de combates en 2D), o el encantador Shoot Em Up Trouble Witches, juegos que fueron lanzados como títulos Doujin (títulos indie japoneses) para PC, y que acabaron llegando a grandes plataformas. El título en cuestión de llama Ougon Musou Kyoku. Veamos qué nos ofrece este nuevo título de combates en 2D de la escena indi japonesa.
